I’ve already made a post about pizza before but SO. Pizza is great. When you live on your own you have a lot of time to do a lot of things. Obviously it gets lonely;( but I’m not complaining. I know flatbread pizzas aren’t new to any of us (or maybe so) but how about reading a quick simple one to make at home! So much better then the frozen pizza section !! (This was dinner tonight) I always write fresh posts because I’m in the zone more lol
It takes very few ingredients to whip up an awesome personal pizza. All you need is flatbread, pizza sauce, a tomato and cheese. That is too simple for me though. (I’m not that basic) lol and no offense to anyone who doesn’t like toppings ! I’m a pile it big and high kind of gal. I also added basil and yellow pepper (it was in my fridge) and then doubled my ingredients. This is such a healthy pizza style I think we all need to consider or reconsider.
Quick recipe:
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Spread pizza sauce on flatbread
- Add cheese
- Slice all of your ingredients
- Put toppings on your pizza and add more cheese
- Set on a pizza pan or baking pan and cook for 15 minutes
That’s it! You can go crazy and add mushrooms, pepperoni, zucchini, avocado…really pretty much anything. I didn’t have the ingredients so I went without and it was still delicious!! This post was probably easy to read since hello it was about pizza! Haha😊I hope you had a wonderful Wednesday and always thank you for being a follower on my blog. Let me know if you think you will make this in the future or what other quick lunch ideas that are out there. I definitely have decided I love recipe posts. I hope you all like them!

That pizza looks really good. I’m the exact same way with my pizza in that I need a lot of toppings.
