I made this pizza on a whim just because of the mad cravings I had for a buffalo chicken pizza, but I didn’t know it was going to turn out this GOOD. So here is the recipe
- Pre-made dough (or whip up a homemade dough) your choice
- Chicken breast- I used three pieces and cut up into cubes.
- Buffalo sauce – Pepper Palace wing master buffalo sauce to be exact! Or any hot sauce and add butter. Equal parts, but Pepper Palace is best! Already made for you and you can order online for your next party! Wing-master Sauce
- Red onion- diced
- Mozzarella cheese- shredded or the slabs of it. Whatever floats your boat 🚣♀️ & lots of it!!
So here is what I did: Cut your chicken into small cubes and throw that in a pan. Cook that for 10 minutes or so and then add your sauce. With the pepper palace wing sauce I used the entire bottle. So you definitely want to use 4 or 5 cups of sauce. Cook that together for a few minutes. Pour this over your pizza dough. Add some sliced red onion on top of that. Then add a TON of cheese. I used an entire packet of shredded mozzarella. Preheat oven to 400 and cook for about 12 minutes. That’s all!
